Project Management, Risk Mitigation and Execution

  • Ensures proper planning, implementation and reporting of projects including all technical and administrative tasks

  • Manages the budget effectively
  • Ensures timely internal and external reporting, including monthly, quarterly and final reports

  • Develops communication plans for projects in-line with corporate standards

  • Ensures that project progress is monitored through the regular collection and analysis of key indicators

  • Supports the development of positive and productive relationships between Gamma Quality Mark, its partners and other stakeholders

  • Ensures that project and program owners, sponsors and donors are aware of the projects they are funding
